Online school
Each click consumes the budget, but applications do not turn into money

The online school attracts customers through paid advertising. The average cost of a lead is about 1,200 rubles. After leaving a request, the client often received several calls from competitors. Managers didn't always manage to get in touch first. Even with a quick contact, the standard conversation scenario led to the same result: the client said "I'll think about it," after which no further work was done with him. Part of the advertising budget was not actually converted into revenue. The conversion from bid to sale was unstable and below the target values.
To change the process, a robot was introduced to process incoming requests. The application was automatically transmitted to the robot immediately after receipt. The robot conducted the first dialogue according to an enhanced scenario, focused on explaining the value of the course, rather than on formal data collection. If the client did not make a decision right away and went into the "I'll think about it" status, the dialogue did not end. The robot continued to work with the lead: it sent materials, case examples, and returned to the contact at set intervals.
After the implementation, all applications were processed without delay. An instant reaction was provided in 100% of cases. Leads who did not make a decision at the first contact were not lost and continued to receive touches according to the script. There was no need to reduce the cost of the lead through advertising - each contact received was fully processed. Already in the first month after the launch, the school received 43 additional clients due to repeated work with leads that were previously considered "lost".
The robot is used as a permanent tool for initial sales and fall-ups. Managers get involved at the stage of closing a deal.
